These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WadefaGo, including account registration, package purchases, CV campaign delivery, campaign reporting, and related dashboard tools. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
WadefaGo helps job seekers reach employers across the Arab world through targeted CV campaigns. You can choose countries and industries, send outreach using package-based email allowances, and review delivery, opens, CV downloads, and campaign reports from your dashboard.
You must provide accurate registration details, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You may manage your profile, packages, and campaigns from the dashboard after sign-in.
Outreach is delivered through one-time packages that provide email allowances. Active allowances may stack according to the package rules shown at purchase. You must sign in before checkout, and campaign sending may remain unavailable until a qualifying package is active on your account.
You are responsible for the CV files, message content, and targeting choices you submit. You agree to send only lawful, professional outreach and to use accurate information about yourself. You may not use WadefaGo to distribute malware, spam, deceptive content, harassing messages, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Campaigns are delivered through queued email processing. Delivery timing, inbox placement, and employer responses are not guaranteed.
Employer contact data available in the platform is provided for professional outreach related to your CV campaign. You may not scrape, resell, export for unrelated marketing, or misuse recipient data outside the campaign workflow offered by WadefaGo.
Campaign reports may include delivery status, opens, CV download activity, and related analytics. Some report views may mask recipient email addresses for privacy. Report exports and emailed summaries are provided for your campaign management and may not be used to misrepresent campaign performance.
Package prices and included allowances are shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees are charged for the selected package at the time of checkout. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the purchase terms displayed during checkout or as required by applicable law.
The WadefaGo website, branding, dashboard, and platform software remain the property of WadefaGo or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, including your CV, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate, deliver, and report on your campaigns.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account violates these terms, creates legal or security risk, or misuses recipient data or campaign tools. You may stop using the service at any time; unused package allowances may be handled according to the package rules in effect at purchase.
WadefaGo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, replies from employers, or uninterrupted campaign delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WadefaGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
