3. Campaign delivery and tracking

When you launch a campaign, your CV and outreach message are sent to employer contacts that match your selected targeting. Messages may include tracking mechanisms such as tracked links or delivery events used to populate campaign reports. Opens and CV download activity are recorded so you can review campaign results in your dashboard.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service. This includes delivering your campaign to intended employer recipients, using infrastructure providers that help send email and host the platform, and complying with lawful requests when required. We do not sell your personal information.

Campaign reports may display masked recipient email addresses in some views to reduce unnecessary exposure of third-party contact details.

5. Data retention

We retain account, package, campaign, and reporting data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accurate campaign history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request account-related changes through support where applicable.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through WadefaGo. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your account credentials and uploaded files.

You can review and update parts of your profile from the dashboard. You may contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests related to your account, subject to legal and operational requirements such as completed campaign records and billing history.
